All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Color preferences
  • Design changes
  • Any other non-defect reasons

To ensure your complete satisfaction with your custom order, we are happy to provide test prints upon request for review of color and setup before proceeding with full production.

Custom Team Orders

Inspection Period

  • All custom team orders should be inspected within 7 days of receipt
  • Report any defects, errors, or quality issues immediately by contacting our customer service team
  • Photos of the issues must be provided for quality claims

Manufacturing Defects

We stand firmly behind our products and take pride in their quality. Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost. Defects include:

  • Stitching errors
  • Printing/sublimation defects
  • Material flaws
  • Incorrect sizing compared to size chart

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Package items securely with all original tags
  • Ship to provided address with tracking
