CBB Athletics produces custom team uniforms and apparel made specifically to your submitted specifications. Because each item is custom-manufactured, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of custom production.


All Custom Sales Are Final

All custom-made items are final sale.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted for the following:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Spelling errors submitted during checkout
  • Incorrect player numbers entered by customers
  • Design preferences or change of mind
  • Color perception differences from digital proofs
  • Orders placed after team store deadlines

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork proofs and order details carefully prior to approval and checkout.

Production begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


Artwork Approval Responsibility

Once artwork is approved for production:

  • Design changes cannot be made
  • Production will proceed according to the approved proof

Approval confirms that all design elements, spelling, numbers, colors, and layout are correct.


Team Store Orders

For team-based stores:

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate sizing and information
  • Orders placed through team stores are final once submitted
  • Changes may not be possible after production begins
  • Team store production may begin immediately following store closure

CBB Athletics is not responsible for sizing or data entry errors made during checkout.


Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our products.

Items with verified manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost. Manufacturing defects may include:

  • Stitching failures
  • Printing or sublimation errors
  • Material flaws
  • Incorrect sizing compared to our published size chart

Minor variations in color tone, fabric texture, or print placement are not considered defects due to the custom production process.

Replacement decisions are made at the discretion of CBB Athletics after review of submitted photos and order details.


Inspection Period

All custom team orders must be inspected within 7 days of delivery. To submit a defect claim:

  • Email artwork@cbbathletics.com
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Describe the problem in detail

Failure to report issues within 7 days may void replacement eligibility.


Production & Shipping Timelines

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as general estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing timelines
  • Material availability
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • International shipping disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Other circumstances outside of CBB Athletics’ control

CBB Athletics will communicate delays as transparently as possible throughout the production process.


Non-Delivery or Shipping Issues

If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide photos if applicable
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors are not grounds for refunds.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the event that:

  • A verified manufacturing defect cannot be corrected through replacement
  • CBB Athletics is unable to fulfill an order

Refunds will not exceed the original purchase amount for the affected items.
