Welcome to CBB Athletics. By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a design request, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Disrupt website functionality
• Use our content, designs, or materials without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Custom Orders & Production

All CBB Athletics products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. By submitting an order, you acknowledge:

• All sales are final except in cases of verified manufacturing defects
• Colors, sizing, and digital proofs may vary slightly from on-screen representations
• Production timelines begin once artwork is approved and full payment is received
• Team store order windows must close before bulk production begins

CBB Athletics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, mockups, concepts, digital proofs, and creative materials produced by CBB Athletics remain the exclusive intellectual property of CBB Athletics unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Artwork is created for production through CBB Athletics only. Design files, mockups, and concepts may not be:

• Reproduced
• Shared with third parties
• Used for manufacturing through another vendor
• Altered or redistributed

Unauthorized use of CBB-created artwork may result in legal action. Approval of artwork does not transfer ownership of design rights. All website content, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is also the property of CBB Athletics and may not be used without written consent.

Team Stores & Ordering

For team-based ordering:

• Team stores are created after artwork approval
• Customers are responsible for entering accurate sizing, spelling, and number information
• Orders submitted through team stores are considered final once placed

CBB Athletics is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during checkout. Order changes may not be possible once production begins.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD
• Pricing is subject to change without notice
• Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed
• Payment methods are those available at checkout
• Failure to complete payment may delay or cancel production

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. CBB Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather
• Supply chain disruptions
• External events outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Manufacturing & Quality

CBB Athletics maintains direct oversight of its manufacturing standards. While we strive for consistency, minor variations in color, fabric texture, or print placement may occur as part of the custom production process. Verified manufacturing defects will be addressed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

CBB Athletics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Colorado.

CBB Athletics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
